Wanted to update ya’ll about what I’ve been up to this past month. It’s been a busy one, but I’ve had a good time with it.
With the season coming up quick, it was nice to be able to get out on the practice field during OTAs with the guys. It was productive; wrote a blog on some of my thoughts about it here. Training camp is next, and it feels like we are all ready to get back out there with the pads on.
Shout out to everyone who wished me a happy birthday last month, appreciate the love. Crazy how time flies as you get older! I was able to fly out to New Orleans to spend some solid time with my family. I had a good time with sis… always do, especially when we can roll into the city together.
After NOLA, I flew back up to Wisconsin. I was able to check out the Brewers facility and throw out the first pitch for the Brewers vs. Mets game. I tried to put some heat on it, but it was a little high and out of the strike zone. Had fun with it though! I also got a few swings in at the batting cages. Up until then, it was about 10 years since I swung a bat, so I had to warm up tee ball style haha. A big thank you to the Brewers organization for having me!
Probably the highlight of the month was my appearance on Family Feud. Definitely had a good time with my guys there. Steve Harvey had us busting up the entire show; it was great! Hope ya’ll were able to check it out.
Make sure to stay tuned #PackerNation. I will be keeping ya’ll updated during training camp.
